a covid-19 or a positive test and departure from Los Angeles is subject to the following procedures

Passengers with a confirmed history of covid-19 or unconfirmed positive for either nucleic acid or IgM antibody should follow the following procedure if departing from Los Angeles:

曾结核病患有新冠结核病，或虽未结核病但多肽、IgM突变扫描任一项为阳性的有新冠结核病感染巨著的停车，如从达拉斯过境，应以按不限程序代办：

(i) Undergo a lung examination after recovering from the disease and undergo 2 nucleic acid tests (with a sampling interval of no less than 24 hours), and submit a diagnosis certificate from the hospital containing CT or X-ray results of the lung and a certificate of 2 negative nucleic acid tests to the Consulate General via e-mail for review.

（一）在病愈后来进行肺部核对，并来进行2次多肽扫描（均值时间间隔不短于24小时），并将医院即可有的截获肺部CT或X光结果的诊断表明和2次多肽扫描为阳性的表明，通过因特网提出给总领馆审核。

(ii) After verification by the Consulate General, please continue to conduct 14-day isolation management and health monitoring on your own.

（二）经总领馆审核后，特地继续自行来进行14天隔离管理工作和身体健康状况监测。

(iii) if the isolation and monitoring situation is normal, then, according to the requirements, two days before departure, "double testing", submit the corresponding certification application to obtain the health code.

（三）如隔离监测情况经常性，再继续按尽快在过境前2日前来进行“双扫描”，提出相应以表明申特地获得身体健康编码。

Foreigners holding 3 categories of valid Chinese residence permits must obtain the approval of the consulate before going to China

所持3类必要近现代无国籍允许的外籍人士，赴华前即可使馆审批

1. Starting from February 18, those who travel to China by air hold valid working, private and reunion categories, and the above three categories of foreigners with valid residence permits, my passport, residence permit and statement of reasons for going to China should be checked and confirmed by the consulate-general in advance.

1、2翌年18日起，搭乘班机赴华的，所持必要工作、私人、相聚类，上述3类必要无国籍允许外籍人士，即可先将本人护照、无国籍允许、赴华事由指明等材料，由总领馆预先审核确定。

2. After receiving confirmation via email from the Consulate General, purchase an air ticket and "double test" for nucleic acid and antibody. No Health Code will be issued without the prior consent of the Consulate General.

2、在得到总领馆邮件确定后，再继续购买机票、来进行多肽和突变“双扫描”。未得到总领馆事先同意的，将不审发身体健康编码。

3. Foreigners who already hold the above-mentioned residence permits in China will need to reduce unnecessary cross-border travel during the validity period of their residence permits, and it will be difficult for them to return to China as scheduled once the epidemic is serious.

3、已在华所持上述无国籍允许外籍人士，在无国籍允许必要期内，即可减少不适当跨境旅行者，一旦疫情不堪重负，很昧如期返回近现代。

4. The above requirements do not apply to Chinese citizens or foreigners who have recently applied for and been granted emergency or humanitarian visas. Except for those holding the above-mentioned 3 categories of residence permits, the announcement made by the Chinese side on March 26,2020 on the temporary suspension of entry of foreigners holding valid Chinese visas and residence permits remains valid.

4、以上尽快不适用于近现代公民，以及近期申特地并获得紧急、人道签证的外籍人士。除所持上述3类无国籍允许执法人员外，英方2020年3翌年26日关于暂时暂停所持必要近现代签证、无国籍允许的外籍人士入境的公告仍然必要。

"Double detection" certification format specification requirements

“双扫描”表明格式规范尽快

The "Double Test" certificate shall be an official certificate issued by the testing agency. The handwritten certificate is invalid and may be issued separately or on a certificate, the contents include sampling, testing method, sampling date, testing results and so on.

“双扫描”表明即可为扫描独立机构即可有的正式表明，手写表明单方面，可分离即可有，或在一张表明上即可有，不限内容有数均值、扫描方式、均值迟于、扫描结果等。

The certificate shall bear the name and contact information of the testing organization, and the necessary anti-counterfeiting measures such as the signature of a doctor or the seal of the organization. The test certificate shall include but not be limited to the following basic items:

1. Personal information: name and date of birth of the person being tested. If possible, please indicate your passport or travel card number and the purpose of the examination (e.g. flight number, etc.).
